SAFE BIOCARE is conducting an international research project aiming at developing novel rapid methods for the evaluation of antimicrobial preservatives systems' efficacy. This project is carried out in collaboration with Belgian and English labs:

• Laboratory of Food & Environmental Microbiology (Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium)


• Centre for Research in Biomedicine, University of the West of England (Bristol, UK)

The Belgian Walloon Region awarded the project a grant within the framework of its « First Entreprise » programme.
